These terms apply when you use raisenex.com or buy from Raisenex, an online store based in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

We sell digital subscriptions, AI tools, games and social media services. Raisenex is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brands shown on this site. Those companies run their own services and can change, limit or cancel them.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown on each product page and can change at any time. Prices can also differ by country.
• You pay using the methods shown at checkout, then send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp.
• Your order is confirmed after we check your payment.
• Give us correct details. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by wrong details, such as a wrong link or email address.

Delivery

We deliver order details on WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes of confirming your payment. Delivery can sometimes take longer.

Using your account

• Follow the instructions you receive with your order.
• Do not change the account details unless we tell you that you can. Changing them can end your right to a replacement or refund.
• On a shared plan, other people use the same account, so do not change its settings or profiles that are not yours.
• Do not resell what you buy from us or use it for anything illegal.

Replacements and refunds

If a subscription stops working, contact us. We first try to give you a replacement. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Our responsibility

The most we are responsible for on any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for changes or outages caused by the companies that run these services.

Refusing orders

We can refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
